As a part of being more transparent, the Coca-Cola Co. disclosed it spent more money on health research and partnerships than was previously reported.
In a statement posted on the company website Thursday, Coke says it spent $132.8 million on these initiatives in a five-year period from 2010 through the end of 2015. In September, the beverage giant previously said it spent $118.6 million over the same time period.
