The USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has issued a public health alert that recalled fried chicken and pork sausage for possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.
The frozen, ready-to-eat products were recalled by Jackson, Tenn.-based Pinnacle Foods. They were produced from Feb. 4, 2016 to May 4, 2017. The products subject to the health alert are:
