March 1, 2009
Van Meurs developed the B100 non-aseptic bag-in-box filling machine for filling various types of products, with or without particulates up to three-quarters in. in diameter. The machines can be configured with single or multiple filling heads and offer quick changeover times. Other advantages include the ability to use all brands/styles of bags and closures. The B100 uses a PLC controller that provides low maintenance, reliable operation and filling capacities in excess of 1,427 gallons per hour. Machines can be designed for semi or fully automated operation.
