Bag and box filling system

A new unit is designed to fill bulk bags or gaylord boxes to user-defined set points. A custom inlet tube features a venturi bag inflation system, inner liner for dust take off and an inflatable bag spout seal. The discharge of the inlet tube accepts a quick-connect flexible neoprene spout for gaylord filling. The system simplifies bulk bag and container filling operations, reduces operator fatigue and enhances plant safety. Units can be custom-designed to meet specific requirements.
