Turn-curve applications

Turn-curve conveyor belting that is easy to clean with excellent beam strength are two of the features of Hybri-Flex 150 conveyor belting making it ideal of poultry processors and other fresh and frozen food processing operations where sanitation is important. Hybri-Flex 150 combines a modular plastic conveying surface with a proved steel skeleton to create a HACCP-friendly belting that also provides longer life, easier maintenance, and a wider temperature range tolerance. The potential for harmful bacteria growth is reduced, because no hold-down tabs, hold-down rails, or plastic wear strips are necessary with this belt design. The open modular plastic surface prevents product from becoming trapped, which allows Hybri-Flex 150 to be cleaned without being removed from the conveyor.
