Weighing system

Modular in design, the Merlin weighing system from Gem incorporates an ethernet module that allows it to be connected to a personal computer up to 3,000 ft. away from the actual weighing system in the plant. Statistical information includes the total weight of product packing in any given period, the average weight of each box or carton, the total amount of overweight product given away and filling speed. A magnetic feeder ensures an even, consistent product flow to the weigh hopper combined with instant stop/start capabilities.
