Alfa Laval's Foodec decanter centrifuges for food and beverage applications with stringent hygienic requirements are available in models for two-phase and three-phase separation. The units are for use with products separated into a liquid and solid phase or into two liquid phases and one solid phase. They are available with capacities up to 900 GPM in seven bowl sizes.
