Conveyor with metal detector

Eriez's VMC electromagnetic conveyor includes a VC Metalarm Detector in a three-foot section of the conveyor's trough. When metal is detected, the conveyor can be stopped or a reject gate activated. The detector uses pulse induction electronics to power the search coils and the conveyor features Eriez's patented AC electromagnetic drives, a variable-rate control and corrosion-resistant fiberglass springs. It moves product at 60 ft./min.
