Engineered to provide a continuous hot oil filtration solution for single fryer applications, the MX-10 MicroMax is a centrifugal filter that has a 10 gallon per minute capacity. It can filter all the oil in a medium-sized frying system over nine times per shift and remove sediment down to one micron, according to its manufacturer, FMC FoodTech.
