The Model G2 vacuum mixer homogenizer from Charles Ross is constructed of stainless steel and polished for total cleaning between batches. The standard agitator design of the mixer includes a sweep blade anchor with wall scrappers and an externally mounted high-shear rotor/stator mixer. According to the company, the mixer has no seals or stuffing boxes in the mixing chamber and thus minimizes product contamination.
