Loss-of-weight discharger

The automated bulk bag discharger from Flexicon is equipped with an activated surge bin and flexible screw conveyor for continuous loss-of-weight discharging from bulk bags. The bag-to-surge-bin interface consists of a Spout-Lock clamp ring positioned atop a pneumatically actuated telescoping tube. This allows for dust-tight connections and unrestricted flow between the bag spout and activated surge bin, according to the manufacturer.
