Inspection system

Dipix Technology's T60 in-line inspection system is a high-speed inspection/rejection system aimed at the tortilla and flat bread market. The unit allows more precise and predictable rejection decisions to be made at rates of up to 20 tortillas per second. The system measures diameter, toast mark color and area, out-of-roundness ratio, holes/burn marks and tortilla specific measurements such as fold length and bite depth.
