September 1, 2004

A-Series sanitary colloid mills from Bematek Systems can be adjusted while running, allowing users to fine tune their products. Offered in a variety of models to produce ultra-fine particle size reduction and sub-micron dispersions and emulsions of varying viscosities, the units feature a milling head that requires no special assembly tools and can be cleaned in place. The mills feature 316 stainless steel construction with Viton O-rings and comply with 3A, USDA and FDA standards, says the company. Models are available with flow rates from 12 to 4,500 gph.
