Vision grading

CAT2's QA vision grading application continuously samples multiple targets for length, width and thickness. The system eliminates the human factor of subjective visual inspection procedures. It provides real-time trends and reports for meeting customer requirements, and fits a variety of product inspections across food sectors. The grading station can be moved to different production lines or integrated into an existing one.
