Proximity sensors

Balluff's long-range, mini inductive proximity sensors include 4-mm and 5-mm unshielded versions. The company says the units offer a sensor distance that is equivalent to the range of an M18 sensor three to four times larger. The combination of the small size and greater sensing range translates to a greater degree of functional reserve and reliability.
