Robotics software

PickMaster 5 software is a tool for guiding robots in the packaging process, including picking, packing and palletizing.  The PC-based software product from ABB uses comprehensive graphical interfaces to configure applications where up to 16 robots may work in a team along conveying belts. Vision identification and inspection tools combined with a high-performance conveyor tracking process make flexible production possible.  When the software is combined with the company’s IRB 340 FlexPicker delta robot, a flexible robot solution for high-speed pick and place is created.
