High-dispersion air classifiers

The Netzsch-Condux CFS HD-S line of high-dispersion, ultra-fine air classifiers separate particles of any hardness in the range of 1 to 50 mm. The classifiers disperse material close to its wheel to prevent re-agglomeration, while the spiral design housing guides coarse fraction to its own outlet. Fines are carried with the classifying air through the wheel to a separation cyclone or baghouse.
