Extreme environment motor

Lincoln’s Wash-Thru motor utilizes pressure encapsulation technology for winding protection and longer motor life in harsh environments. With the technology, thermosetting polyester-based resin is forced into and around motor windings, impregnating and encapsulating coil noses and filling stator slots.  The motor has a full-length 303 stainless steel shaft, double-sealed bearings and V-ring shaft slinger, a premium Class F insulation system and FDA-approved white finish coat.
