Capable of handling applications such as heating, cooling, pasteurization, crystallization and aseptic processing of baking products, Terlet’s Terlotherm scraped surface heat exchanger has a vertical design for small footprint space and is bottom-driven to eliminate product contamination. The unit has a double-wall design, hinged top cover, scraper blades that can be replaced without tools and a single-shaft seal that is not disturbed during opening of the exchanger.
