Gainco
says its InterSystems software brings extra efficiency and yield optimization
to the poultry processing industry, even as customer spec requirements for
product output become tighter and more challenging. The software can be
integrated into either overhead or belt-sizing lines, linking together as many
as four separate lines. The software operates on a Windows-based PC platform,
making it user friendly. It can be incorporated into new processing lines or as
an upgrade to existing lines with simple electronic hardware modifications.
