Contact-free position sensors

Macro Sensors’ RS 1500-120 series of fractional-turn, contactless, rotary position sensors measure the angular displacement of rotating elements such as quarter-turn ball and butterfly valves, airflow dampers and diverter gates used in packaging machinery.  IEC IP-66 environmental-rated, the units have shafts that can rotate a full 360° and rotary position sensors that utilize contactless inductive technology to measure shaft angle position over a nominal range of 120°.
