Static mixing systems

Complete skid mounted static mixing systems from Charles Ross & Son Co. are equipped with: portable skids on caster wheels, LPD or ISG static mixers, pumps designed to suit, materials of construction to suit individual process needs and controls including on-off pushbuttons, flow meters, variable speed and ratio controls. The available mixer designs include the 48-in. diameter LPD, a low-pressure model typically used for low viscosity turbulent flow mixing of fluids and for gas-liquid mixing. The ISG design includes specially machined elements with passageways that guarantee the mixing of any pumpable material.
