Land O’ Lakes is planning a two-part expansion project at its City of Tulare, CA, site. Phase one of the project is valued at $10 million, and phase two at $25 million. Construction could begin in late 2010.
Associated Food Stores added a 52,000 sq.-ft. AS/RS cooler to its existing distribution center located in the Salt Lake City vicinity.
Poland Spring began construction on a $2.1 million East Fryeburg, ME, spring water station. It will enable water to travel via underground pipeline from a source in Denmark, ME, to Poland Spring’s bottling facilities.
