In-line capper

The patent-pending beltorque automatic in-line capper uses belts to tighten caps to eliminate cap damage and provide consistent torque values. It handles round, oval, square and rectangular containers ranging from 2 to 12 in. in height and 0.5 to 7 in. in diameter; it accommodates cap sizes up to 3 in. in diameter at speeds of up to 200 cpm. Torque adjustments can be made via a single point.
