Sliding shoe sorters

Intelligrated IntelliSort sliding shoe sorters have motion-controlled electronic divert switches, patented diverting technology, an automatic lubrication system with predictive maintenance features and self-aligning construction. The HS high-speed sliding shoe sorter has a throughput rate of up to 400 cartons/min. and speeds up to 650 ft./min. The MS mid-rate model has rates up to 225 cartons/min. and speeds up to 450 ft./min. The LB linear belt sorter offers patented belt slat technology for irregularly shaped products; it handles up to 175 cartons/min. and has speeds up to 350 ft./min.
