Re-work grinder

Featuring a feed screw design with very low volume, the Mepaco Model 6-6RG re-work grinder has a 3-bladed knife holder arrangement with 3 pressure flights to build the appropriate amount of back pressure to push usable meat through the unit’s 1/16-in. holes. Bone chips and connective tissue are effectively removed with minimal temperature rise through the bone collection assembly. An optional regulator bone valve removes a measured amount of materials from the grinder.
