PTFE gaskets

Interstate Specialty Products custom die-cut PTFE gaskets, seals, washers and related parts requiring chemical-, corrosion-, moisture- and temperature-resistance can be made from virgin or filled PTFE, PFA, TFM and expanded PTFE with glass fiber, carbon or graphite. Die-cut to specification in a range of sizes, they feature seamless, 1-piece construction, and are chemically inert and naturally slippery. Unaffected by most corrosive liquids, vapors and gases, the gaskets are suitable for environments from -400°F to 500°F. They can be made in sizes from 0.25 to 60 in. in dia. by 0.003- to 0.25-in. thick and according to FDA and AMS specifications.
