The Frigoscandia GYRoCOMPACT M-10 spiral freezer includes hygienic features such a stainless steel, fully welded, insulated freezer enclosure that allows for an optional steam-in-freezer sanitation system; it also has hygienic evaporator coil features, including an anti-microbial fin alloy technology and extruded fin design. The Odenberg Pallet-Link variable retention time system for freezing and chilling is suitable for high-capacity, boxed product applications and can integrate with a cold storage warehouse to process capacities of up to 50,000 lbs./hr.
