Filling/portioning depositors

Designed for depositing fillings for stuffed sandwiches, multiple-layered products, stuffed seafood, appetizers and rolled or wrapped products, NuTEC C-Frame portioning depositors provide portion weight control and accurate filling placement down the line. The C-Frame design allows the units to fit into existing production lines. The depositors’ feed system uses a rotating spiral that gently moves the product to the rotary vane pump. Deposit sizes up to 1 1/2-in. thick can be achieved. 45,000 deposits per hour are attainable on certain models.
