Blending system

The Birko BOSS system blends high-performance cleaning and sanitation products on-site from custom chemical concentrates. The system allows users to customize formulas at the main and remote panels, which are mounted in stainless steel enclosures. The remote panels can do point-of-use blending for clean-in-place applications; the main panel can be used for blend-on-site sanitation applications. An industrial PC monitors chemical consumption in real time. The PC touch screen controls the main panel and electronically connects several remote panels.
