Wirecut extruder

Designed for boxed chocolate centers, caramel, cookies and frozen dough, the Egan servo wirecut extruder features a linear servo motor that controls the wire cutting motion profile, allowing more of the motor force to be applied directly to the actual driven load and producing rates up to 150 cuts/min.
