Continuous ink jet system

The EBS 6500 small-character, continuous ink jet system has a touch screen display that prints multi-lingual alphanumeric text and barcodes for inline product and package coding. A combined print head valve and flexible umbilical connection generate high pressure for a seamless flow of ink. In the event of a power outage, the print head shuts down immediately, sealing ink delivery and preventing it from drying on the line. ISO 9001: 2000 certified, the system is housed in a splash-proof cabinet configuration that includes a chemical-resistant keyboard and a ventilation process incorporating moisture traps and filters to protect the unit under harsh conditions.
