Access interlock

April 9, 2013

Protecting equipment and workers from errors during electrical and switchgear maintenance, the Kirk Key HD Series Type DM access interlock ensures steps cannot be skipped and a pre-determined sequence of operation is followed. Made entirely of electropolished 316 stainless steel, it can be used in high-temperature or corrosive environments. The key and cylinder mechanism has no openings and few moving parts. The shaft-driven design resists dirt and debris; the gasketed key and dust cover prevent debris from entering the interlock cylinder.
