X-ray inspection systems

Safeline X33 Series X-ray inspection systems can be used for packaged food such as frozen entrées in paperboard or yogurt in a plastic cup. Utilizing a low-energy X-ray generator, the units detect and automatically reject contaminants as small as 0.8mm, including metal, stone, glass and bone. Offering a choice of inspection areas from 300 to 400mm-wide, the systems operate at production line speeds of 50 to 250 ft./min.
