Temperature profiling package

Developed for baked snack food producers, the Reading Thermal SCORPION 2 LITE temperature profiling package measures and monitors temperature levels in commercial ovens, cooling tunnels, freezers and dryers; it also can be used for applications that utilize a continuous conveyor process, such as meat and nut processing. The package consists of a data logger and temperature interface that measures up 10 temperatures at user-defined positions.
