Horizontal flow wrapper

Designed for confectionery, snack foods and bakery products, the WeighPack Sleek 65 horizontal flow wrapper incorporates 3 servo motors and servo drives; no chains, gears or lubrication is needed. It is equipped with a dual-lug position infeed conveyor and adjustable forming shoulder to simplify changing from product to product. Standard features include PID temperature control, pre-programmed and stored product setup, a stainless steel frame construction, color touch screen HMI, an auto open/close rotary fin wheel assembly and rotary seal jaws with jam-detecting logic. Compatible with a variety of roll stocks including polypropylene film, microperf material, multilayer laminated, co-extruded and foil films, the unit can wrap up to 200 packages/min.
