Pouch packaging machine

Engineered to integrate into secondary packaging systems, the Cloud Packaging Solutions Hydroforma SP water-soluble pouch packaging machine runs powder applications at up to 1,200 pouches/min. and liquid applications at a rate up to 700 pouches/min. Integrated controls and a touch screen menu-driven interface enable the adjustment of operations such as the filling rate, drum speed, thermoforming, product filling and pouch sealing. An auto-splicer changes rolls of film, while a pouch detector vision system checks for film in the drum cavities.
