Aseptic container station

The Krones DosaFlex aseptic container station doses aseptic components in finished fruit beverages with a solids content; the finished beverage is blended using controlled dosing in a double-seat valve with an adjacent vapor seal. For low-acid products, a vapor seal also is provided in the condensate drain. For continuous operation, 2 container connections can be used alternately. The station can be pressurized with an overlay of sterile air or nitrogen to prevent recontamination or the absorption of unwanted substances such as oxygen.
