Utilizing 2 wheels, the Aurizon CCB UltraLight ultrasonic sealing system forms an in-running nip that applies point contact to package heat-sensitive goods such as chocolates and confectionery products; it seals through multiple layers and contaminants. The rotary system can be integrated into existing horizontal and vertical form/fill/seal machinery, as well as flow wrapper machinery.
