Vision inspection system

The Triple/S Dynamics Opti-Flow vision inspection system scans the surface profile of the material as it is conveyed to collect real-time data. The components are mounted in an IP65-rated stainless steel enclosure. The system can be integrated with conveying systems without modifying the layout of the existing equipment or provided with a variety of mounting options. Used in conjunction with an existing in-process weighing system, it monitors the bulk densities of snack foods.
