Leak detection system

The JLS Automation PIVT leak detection system utilizes vacuum, vision and other sensor technologies to detect seal contamination, leaks and pinholes; it allows a robot to identify leaky packages and reject them. Capable of operating at line speeds up to 160 packages/min., it is suitable for packages containing a brine or juice such as hot dogs, sliced luncheon meats and sausages.
