HMI-controlled conveyor

The Dorner SmartPace conveyor merges multiple lanes without product stops or gates. After randomly spaced units enter the conveyor, the photoeye detects product spacing; an integrated HMI interface controls the spacing, speed and orientation of the products. The conveyor is 4- to 12-in. wide and 6-ft. long, with 1 1/4-in. diameter end transfer rollers. Available with an aluminum or corrosion-resistant stainless steel frame, it achieves speeds up to 200 ft./min.
