The METTLER TOLEDO CI-Vision Mosaic 360° vision inspection system employs 6 cameras to inspect labels on bottles, jars, cans and tubes; it automatically verifies each label is complete and correctly applied and matches the product inside the package. Installed over a new or existing conveyor line, the system inspects un-oriented products at rates up to 1,000 packages/min. It features an intuitive touchscreen interface, multilevel user controls and anti-circumvention technology.
