J-cutter unit

The Foodmate automated J-cutter unit makes an accurate pre-cut along the drum and thigh bone of poultry. It can be used as a part of the OPTI LTD dark meat deboning system or as a standalone machine integrated into a Foodmate Flex cut-up system.
