The Radio Frequency Macrowave RF disinfestation system uses a high-frequency electric field to control pathogens and insect infestations. The system can be used to disinfest and/or pasteurize products such as flour, oat and cornmeal, nuts, spices and pasta, either packaged or in bulk. It operates at 40MHz where the depth of penetration and uniformity of heating are optimized.
