Thermoplastic rack

Constructed for applications such as CNC routers and conveyors, the Nexen Versa thermoplastic rack also can be used with a range of picking, part-marking and gantry-based automation systems. It features a backlash of less than 3.2µ and positional accuracy of +/-580µ; it withstands loads of 500 to 1,200 N, depending on pinion size. Made of self-lubricating polymer, the rack can run at full speed without additional lubrication.
