Providing measurements for paper, plastic films, and corrugated and board materials, the TMI 83-76 Elmendorf tear tester has a 7-in. touchscreen for the input of test parameters and the selection of instrument settings. The unit features a combination of interchangeable augmenting weights and/or pendulums with capacities ranging 200 to 6,400g.
