Mild-steel constructed conveyor

The Multi-Conveyor mild-steel constructed conveyor provides gap registration and bent tip detection for tubed products; the tubes fall directly into position due to the pockets designed in the conveyor belt. If a bent tip is detected, a stainless steel box-in-box reject pusher guides the tube into a reject shoot. The tubes are rejected on the fly for continuous line movement.
