Bag-in-box filler

Designed to fill 1/2- to 6- or up to 55-gal. sterile bags, the Alfa Laval Astepo aseptic filler is used with liquid to highly viscous food and beverage products. Product dosing is controlled by electronic balance or by volume with a magnetic flow meter guided by a PLC system. The filler is equipped with a 1- or 2-in. valve. The incorporated CIP system sterilizes with steam and sanitizes automatically. All the valve product contact points are available with AISI 316L stainless steel.
