Heat exchangers

Kenics heat exchangers feature static mixer elements that reduce film buildup on the internal walls; process fluid is continuously pushed from the center of each tube to the wall and back to the center. The mixer elements create a self-cleaning, wiping action, while surface renewal at the tube wall reduces thermal degradation. The exchangers allow viscous materials to cool to a near-freezing point. Custom fabrication to ASME/TEMA standards is available.
